Per TMC Chapter 17.24, a maximum of two commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trucks, trailers, campers, boats, or large recreational equipment may be parked or stored on the side or rear yard at any one time. Properties of one-half acre or larger are exempt from these restrictions. On-street parking of oversized vehicles (over 20 feet/8 feet/90 inches) is prohibited on residential streets. Servicing, repairing, or modifying vehicles must be conducted within a garage, accessory building, or an area screened from view by a legal fence/wall. All parking areas visible from public view must be paved with approved surfaces.
