Per MMC Β§10.44.020, oversized vehicles (over 20 feet in length or 7 feet in height), recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers may not be parked or stored in the front yard of residential properties. RVs and boats stored on the property must be behind the front building line, screened from public view, and parked on an approved surface (cement, asphalt, or compacted gravel β not bare dirt). On-street parking of RVs is limited to 72 hours for active loading/unloading. RVs may not be occupied while parked on residential property unless connected to permanent utilities with an approved temporary use permit.
