Per MMC §10.44.020, commercial vehicles exceeding 10,000 lbs GVWR are prohibited from parking in residential zones. Vehicles with commercial advertising, signage, or equipment (excluding personal-use pickup trucks) are restricted from residential street parking. One commercial vehicle under 10,000 lbs may be parked on a residential driveway if the driver resides at the property. Commercial vehicles are prohibited from parking on residential streets overnight. Loading and unloading is permitted for reasonable periods during business hours.
