As of August 28, 2023, Aurora enacted updated RV parking regulations under City Code Section 134-358. RVs and motorhomes may park on public streets for a maximum of 5 days before they must be moved. Travel trailers, tent trailers, pickup campers, coaches, and motorized dwellings may not be used as a dwelling unit or for business conduct unless located in a Manufactured Home Park or Recreational Vehicle Park. On private property, RVs must be parked on approved surfaces β parking on landscaping or lawn areas is prohibited. RVs stored in driveways or side yards must not encroach on sidewalks or public right-of-way.
