Summary
Brookhaven's Neighborhood Preservation code flatly bars parking, placing or storing motor vehicles, trailers, boats or campers anywhere on a front lawn, and forbids covering the lawn with tarps, carpet or sand. D. All lawns, common areas and recreation areas shall be maintained in a clean and neat condition.
