E.Recreational vehicles larger than eight and one-half (8½) feet in width, twenty-four (24) feet in length or eleven (11) feet in height may be parked in the front yard area and unscreened portions of the side yard area on a driveway that is constructed of a solid sealed surface, as defined in this article, or in the street adjacent to said yard areas for no more than five (5) days in any ten-day period, but not exceeding ten (10) days in any 30-day period. All such vehicles must in all other aspects be parked in accordance with this code. Those recreational vehicles without motive power shall not be parked in the street unless connected to a vehicle with motive power.

For longer-term parking, subsection F allows the property owner or resident to obtain a free, non-transferable permit from the license and permits division by submitting a site plan showing the vehicle's location and surface type. Subsection G separately allows any size RV or trailer to be stored year-round in a rear or side yard screened by an opaque fence at least 5 feet tall, on a solid-sealed or maintained gravel or chat surface. Subsection N caps using any vehicle for overnight accommodations at 7 days per 30-day period and no more than 30 days per year.
