The City of Miami applies Miami-Dade County zoning standards for RV and boat parking under Section 33-20. One RV per residential property is allowed, not exceeding 30 feet in length and 10 feet in height with current registration. Boats under 30 feet may be stored based on lot size: one boat per lot under half-acre, two boats over half-acre. All vehicles must be secured for hurricanes. Guest RVs may park for up to 14 days. Boats and RVs must not obstruct sidewalks or rights-of-way.
