Section 10-13-5(E) bars parking any automobile, truck, trailer, boat or recreation vehicle in the front yard of a residential lot, aside from ordinary passenger vehicles under one ton and 22 feet. A Midland resident may park a personally owned RV in the front yard while actively loading or unloading for up to 48 hours in five days, and a visiting non-resident's RV may stay up to 72 hours in 30 days. Any vehicle parked there must also sit on a paved, all-weather surface under subsection (G) and stay clear of the intersection sight triangle.
