The parking and storage of permitted items shall occupy no more than 20% of the allowable outside storage area... 4. The parking and storage of permitted items shall be at least 3 feet from the side or rear property lines.

A Director-issued driveway permit for a visiting RV can be revoked outright for any violation of its conditions.
