PCC 16.20.120 prohibits trucks, RVs, utility trailers, and vehicles with two or more rear axles from parking in the public right-of-way adjacent to residential property, schools, parks, or churches except when actively loading/unloading for up to 4 hours. RVs are not eligible for Area Parking Permit Program permits. Vehicles exceeding 22 feet in length, 8 feet in width, or 9 feet in height are prohibited from street parking in residential areas (PCC 16.20.190). Unattached trailers are similarly restricted. Enforcement by Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). Violations can result in citations and towing.
