Warren, MI Parking Rules: RV & Boat Parking (2026)

Article V-A of Warren's Zoning Ordinance, adopted to regulate 'recreational units' such as motor homes, travel trailers, camper enclosures, utility trailers, snowmobiles, boats, and other watercraft on single- and two-family lots, sets out where and how those units may sit. 04 bars parking or storing a recreational unit in the front or side yard, with one narrow exception: a single unit may sit on an established driveway for up to 72 hours for loading, unloading, trip preparation, or routine maintenance, but an unmounted camper enclosure or a boat not mounted on its trailer may never occupy that driveway space.
