Section 43-41N treats RV, camper, boat and trailer storage as an accessory use that comes with structural strings attached. N(1) caps a lot to one such vehicle, whether a recreational vehicle, camper, boat, boat trailer or motor vehicle trailer, and requires that the resident of the dwelling or lot own it; storing a vehicle for someone else is not allowed. The same subsection requires a garage of sufficient size to accommodate the vehicle, meaning open storage in a driveway or side yard without an enclosing structure falls outside what N(1) permits.

N(2) bars using the stored vehicle as permanent or transient housing while parked, unless it retains its wheels attached; a vehicle used for habitation on the lot must keep its wheels on. N(3) places the storage garage itself in the side or rear yard only, no closer than five feet to a property line, so it cannot sit in a front yard or hug a lot line. N(4) closes off commercial use of that storage garage entirely, prohibiting it from being used to store or park commercial trucks, vans, tractors, trailers or any other vehicle connected with a business, keeping the accommodation strictly personal.

Because these standards sit in Article VI's accessory-use section alongside sheds and home occupations, a garage built to store an RV or boat is also subject to the general accessory-structure height cap in § 43-40D(3).
