Subsection (A)(1) forbids parking on the roadway side of another parked vehicle, on sidewalks, within intersections, on crosswalks, within 30 feet of a safety zone, alongside street excavations, on bridges, on railroad tracks, or wherever signs prohibit stopping. Violations & Fines
No stand-alone fine is written into Chapter 355 or 350, so violations are punished under the general penalty, § 100.010: a fine up to $500, up to three months' imprisonment, or both, subject to the $225 cap that applies if the offense qualifies as a minor traffic violation under § 479.350, RSMo.
