020(N) defines "Smoke or Smoking" to include carrying or holding a lighted pipe, cigar or cigarette, or any other lighted product used to burn tobacco, weed, plant or any other combustible substance, as well as using an electronic smoking device or emitting its vapor or aerosol, so the park ban reaches cannabis and vape use along with cigarettes. 030(S) bars that conduct anywhere within the boundaries of a public park or recreation area in Corona. 010 explains the chapter exists to set a comprehensive set of rules for the use of public parks, recreation buildings, amenities and equipment citywide, and the City Manager may add further rules that do not conflict with the chapter. 040 gives the City Manager and designated Enforcement Officers authority to eject and expel anyone violating the chapter from a park, recreation building or amenity, and treats a failure to leave promptly after being told to do so as its own separate violation of the section.
