020(B): a person commits public indecency by urinating or defecating in a public place or within public view, other than in a restroom facility. 010 to include any public street, alley, sidewalk, yard, park, building, structure, plaza, parking lot or facility, public or utility right-of-way, or other public or private place held open to the general public.
