Section 605.230(C) requires every registered short-term rental to comply with all of the City's peace-disturbance and noise regulations and adds a rental-specific quiet-hours window running from 11:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M., during which no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at all. That standard sits alongside Subsection (E), which flatly prohibits commercial events, ticketed parties or similar activities at a short-term rental, regardless of time of day, closing off the party-house model some hosts use elsewhere. Subsection (G) backs the noise standard with an availability requirement: the local responsible agent named at registration must be reachable twenty-four hours a day to respond to complaints, including noise complaints, or emergencies at the property.

Subsection (H) then requires the quiet hours to be disclosed on every online listing alongside the registration number and occupancy limit, so a guest cannot claim they were unaware of the 11:00 P.M. cutoff. Because these standards were adopted together with the registration chapter by Ordinance No. 5485 in March 2026, a noise violation is enforced through the same Section 605.240 schedule: a written warning for the first offense, escalating dollar fines for repeat violations within twelve months, and registration suspension of up to ninety days or revocation of up to a year for repeated nuisance activity such as recurring noise complaints.
