Antioch's parking standards for residential properties are set in Title 9 (Planning and Zoning) and typically require two off-street parking spaces for a single-family dwelling, with additional guest parking for larger properties. Short-term rental operators should ensure all available driveway and garage spaces are usable for guest vehicles and set clear parking instructions in their listing. California Vehicle Code Section 22651(k) allows the city to tow any vehicle parked on a public street for 72 or more consecutive hours, which applies to STR guests who leave vehicles too long.
