Medford, MA Short-Term Rentals: Short-Term Rental Parking Rules (2026)

Section 94-8.4.10 of the Medford Revised Ordinances requires every short-term rental operator to post and maintain a sign inside the unit, on the entry level, where guests are reasonably likely to see it. Section 94-8.4.11 layers on a physical community information card that must be handed to each guest, listing emergency phone numbers for the Medford Police and Fire Departments and a description of on-street parking regulations and any fines for violating them.
