Under § 15-5.a.8, a Short-Term Rental Permit application to the Department of Planning and Engineering must list the number and location of all parking spaces available to the premises, separately identifying legal off-street spaces and on-street spaces directly adjacent to the property. The owner must certify that every effort will be made to avoid or mitigate on-street parking problems in the surrounding neighborhood caused by vehicles generated by the rental, specifically to prevent a shortage of parking for other residents. Section 15-5.a.9 backs that disclosure with a hard cap: the owner's agreement, filed as part of the application, that all renters of the property will be limited to one vehicle for every two occupants.

That parking information is also required to be posted inside the unit itself, since § 15-7.f.4 requires the owner to post the maximum number of on-site parking spaces in a prominent location for transient occupants to see. Parking complaints carry their own enforcement track separate from the vehicle-cap disclosure: § 15-7.l lets the Business Administrator or a designee revoke the permit once the Township receives three substantiated complaints about excessive vehicles belonging to transient occupants, independent of the general two-complaint revocation standard that applies to other STR nuisances.
