Section 17.84.330(D)(6) sets a flat numeric requirement: a minimum of two on-site parking spaces must be provided for use by the short-term rental occupants, regardless of how many bedrooms or guests the unit is approved for. That standard is reinforced through the mandatory house policies every owner-applicant must post inside each guest bedroom under (D)(8): guests must park in the designated on-site spaces and must not park on the street overnight (D)(8)(c). The parking condition sits alongside the other house-policy requirements, including quiet hours and a ban on outdoor amplified sound, and the owner-applicant is responsible for enforcing all of them under the signed rental agreement.

Because the short-term rental use is limited to existing single-family dwellings, the two-space minimum is measured against whatever driveway or garage capacity the house already has rather than a new parking lot built for the purpose; a property lacking two usable on-site spaces cannot qualify for a short-term rental permit at all. The rule exists to keep short-term rental traffic off neighborhood streets overnight, which the City Council identified as one of the negative secondary effects the ordinance's purpose clause in (A) was written to minimize for surrounding residential neighborhoods.
