03. Named recurring events include the Farmers' Market (May to September), the Antique and Collectible Fair, Clovisfest Musicale, Big Hat Days, and the Children's Christmas Parade. 04 requires the event sponsor to obtain an Old Town Special Event permit from the City Clerk at least 60 days before the event, with a street plan showing vendor booth locations; the Police, Fire, Planning and Development Services, Public Works, and Risk Management departments each review the application and can attach conditions covering liability insurance, security, traffic control, restrooms, and reimbursement for City service costs.
