Garland County, AR Trash & Recycling: Bulk Item Disposal (2026)

Under the county's 2011 solid waste and recycling fee schedule, adopted by Garland County Code § 54-49, Exhibit A, residential customers in the unincorporated area receive bulky waste collection at no charge twice a year, provided the load is unmixed. Large metal items and appliances placed for pickup this way cost nothing at all, so long as the load stays unmixed. If a household mixes materials, county crews will pick up only metal and large upholstered furniture from that load; other mixed debris is not covered.
