Sec. 20-30(b)(6) caps free residential bulky waste collection at four pickups per year, with a maximum of ten cubic yards collected each time, scheduled on a weekly basis for each subscriber's account. Once a household exceeds that four-collection or ten-cubic-yard allowance, Sec. 00 per collection, plus the actual tipping fee the city incurs at the disposal site, and if the amount placed for collection exceeds ten cubic yards the subscriber is provided a 20-cubic-yard roll-off container and billed under the commercial roll-off rate schedule in Sec.

20-32(g)(2) instead. The same section distinguishes bulky waste from horticultural and yard waste: yard debris runs on its own weekly five-cubic-yard allowance under Sec. 20-30(b)(5), and any yard waste load between five and ten cubic yards is reclassified as bulky waste rather than yard waste, folding it into the same four-collections-a-year cap. Sec. 20-72(c) further specifies that heavy or oversized items that cannot fit in the automated cart, covering bulky waste and white goods like refrigerators, water heaters and ranges, are collected under this bulky waste and white goods service and must be placed near the curb of the right-of-way for pickup, following the same clearance and placement rules as other curbside waste.
