Bulk items placed at curb by 7 AM on collection day, no earlier than 4 PM prior day. Maximum 6 cubic yards per collection. Freon-containing appliances require certification tag before pickup. Construction debris, tires, and hazardous waste excluded. East Richmond Road Convenience Center accepts household hazardous waste and electronics by appointment.
