Trash, recyclables, and yard waste are collected once per week, Monday through Friday depending on neighborhood. Containers must be placed out after 5:30 p.m. the evening before or before 7 a.m. on collection day, and removed within 12 hours of pickup.
Cherry Hill provides Township-issued 95-gallon or 64-gallon green trash carts with handles facing the house. Standard trashcans and bags are no longer accepted for trash. Recyclables go in separate Township-issued recycling cart. Bulk items and special pickups follow the schedule on the Township website.
Improperly stored containers can be cited as a property maintenance violation; non-collection if rules are not followed.
