Containers or waste materials not set out by 7:00 a.m. will be collected on the next scheduled collection day.b.City containers shall be removed from the city right-of-way as soon as possible after collection but not later than 8:00 a.m. of the day following collection day. Containers left on the right-of-way after 8:00 a.m. will be rolled back onto the property and roll-back charge will be applied per container.c.All waste materials and city containers shall be placed adjacent to, but not in, the street or alley, or within five feet thereof, but not on the sidewalk in such a way as to block pedestrian traffic.d.In order to utilize mechanized systems, city containers and waste materials shall not be placed within four feet of another container, mailbox or other obstacle; nor shall the same be placed behind or blocked by a parked vehicle.
