Kissimmee City Code § 32-67(4) sets limits for yard waste beyond what fits loose in the city-issued cart. Extra leaves, limbs and grass must be bagged or bundled and set at least two feet behind the container; bags and bundles can't exceed 60 pounds, and bundles are also capped at four feet in length. Anything heavier or longer counts as bulky waste and is billed at bulky-waste rates. Residents doing their own yard work get two free excess pickups a year, up to two cubic yards each.
