040(C)(5)(c) requires that trash containers, dumpsters, trash compactors, and recycling bins associated with multiplex, multi-unit residential, and nonresidential uses must be screened from public view on all sides with a solid fence, wall, or gate constructed of cedar, redwood, masonry, or other similar building material reflecting the overall design of the site, and be appropriately landscaped. 040(C)(5), which also requires a six-foot-wide, sight-obscuring landscape buffer for outdoor storage areas generally. 190: the section lists per-day rental rates for 10-, 20-, 30- and 40-yard drop-boxes plus a delivery fee, and lets a customer furnish their own detachable bulk container only on approval of the solid waste administrator, provided it can be readily picked up by the service provider and the service provider's equipment.
190(G) requires a pre-pay deposit scaled to container size, from $300 for a two-cubic-yard container up to $1,000 for a forty-cubic-yard box, plus mileage, return-trip, standby-time and truck-and-driver charges for special hauls. 190(E).
