All commercial waste disposal and grease containers shall be screened on four (4) sides by a solid commercial grade wood fence, wall, or equivalent material to a height of six (6) feet. Doors must be hung no lower than three (3) inches from the ground and must have a metal frame door. The enclosure shall be used strictly for the confinement of refuse and grease containers and shall not be used for the outside storage of any other materials or equipment. All enclosures shall be kept in good repair, clean of filth and other debris, to prevent the infestation of insects and rodents. The open side of said enclosure shall be situated such that, to the greatest extent possible, it does not face towards an abutting property, sidewalk or street.
