Commercial customers utilizing commercial containers (dumpsters) shall be responsible to insure that the containers are accessible for purposes of collection by city personnel. Should the commercial container not be accessible on the scheduled collection day, such will not be serviced until the next regular scheduled collection day unless a special pickup is requested, which will be charged in accordance with the fee structure set forth in section 10.07(b)(2).(d)Arrangements for pickup in alleys may be made where such service results in economy and efficiency for the city.(e)No more than ten (10) bags and/or bulk items will be picked up on the designated bulk item day. More than ten (10) bags and/or bulk items will require special residential pickup to be scheduled by the customer which will result in a special pickup fee as described in subsection 10.07(c).(f)Multifamily residential properties will have a once a month bulk pickup on a day designated by the public works director or his/her designee upon prior written request. All such bulk pickups shall meet the requirements of subsection 10.05(e) above.(g)White goods will be picked up and disposed of at no charge.
