01(B)(7) is Rose Hill's core recycling-container mandate: each residence is issued one recycling container by the town for storing recyclable materials between collections, working the same way as the required garbage roll cart described earlier in the same subsection. The code recognizes that not every account fits that model: some commercial units are provided a cardboard trailer for their recyclables instead of the standard bin. 01(B)(9) and (B)(10) apply to 'all containers' without singling out garbage carts, the same rules cover the recycling bin: the town replaces a damaged container at no charge unless the damage came from misuse or abuse by the user, and every container remains town property, stamped with a tracking control number, that stays with the residence when a unit is vacated or must be returned to the town for reuse.
