Violating the container and bundling rules in LVMC 9.08.130 or the placement-timing rule in 9.08.100(C) falls back on the City's general penalty at LVMC 1.24.010: a fine of up to $1,000, up to six months in jail, or both, since Chapter 9.08 sets no separate fine. LVMC 1.24.020 treats each day a violation continues as a separate offense, so debris left curbside for a week outside the bulky-item schedule can accrue multiple counts. Code enforcement or LVMPD may cite the property owner or occupant directly.
