Under the Animal Services, Except Veterinary category, the code lists "Dog Grooming" as a distinct line with a "P" (permitted outright, no conditional use permit or special use standards needed) in all five commercial districts: C-S/P (Commercial, Service and Professional Office), C-N (Commercial, Neighborhood), C-C (Commercial, Community), C-R (Commercial, Regional), and C-H (Commercial, Heavy).
