(11) Electric outlets must not be exposed, no holes in walls or flooring coming up.
(12) Tiles and grouting in bathrooms must be in good repair.
(13) All dwelling units must have proper heat, hot water, etc.
(14) Any construction, modification, alteration, changes or additions to any building located at the premises shall require a building permit and certificate of occupancy issued by a Building Inspector.
