Section 12-202 lists the specific Minnesota Rules chapters that the city's adoption of the Minnesota State Building Code, made at § 12-201, incorporates by reference, and item (21) on that list is Chapter 4714, the Minnesota Plumbing Code; item (22), Chapter 5230, the Minnesota High Pressure Piping Systems rule, is adopted alongside it. Because Coon Rapids has not written its own separate plumbing chapter, plumbing installations, repairs, and fixture work in the city are governed by whatever the Minnesota Plumbing Code requires, as amended from time to time, rather than by a locally drafted numeric standard.
