Cocoa bars sheds and other accessory structures from any required front or side yard, limits them to 24 feet in height, and keeps them at least 5 feet off the rear lot line. Appendix A, Article XIII, Section 6 also caps accessory coverage at 30 percent of the required rear yard and blocks use as living quarters.
