Cocoa requires every structure and exterior property to stay free of rodent harborage under Sec. 6-1001(e); once rodents are found, the owner must exterminate them promptly with approved, non-hazardous methods and then rodent-proof the property. Mobile home parks carry an added duty under Sec. 6-1602(d) to skirt homes and store materials so they cannot become rodent nesting sites.
