Cocoa closes eleven named city parks, including Anderson, Cocoa Manor, Fern Street, Joe Lee Smith, McFarland, Pineda, Provost, Rosetine, Taylor, Travis and Lee Wenner Parks, from sunset until 7:00 a.m. Loitering, sitting or lying in any of them after hours is unlawful for a person of any age unless Brevard County District 4 Recreation and Parks Department has issued a permit.
