Juvenile Curfew

Frisco repealed its entire juvenile curfew ordinance on August 15, 2023 under Ordinance 2023-08-37, deleting former Article V (Sections 54-132 through 54-137) from Chapter 54 in full. Following the state's House Bill 1819 changes to curfew authority, the city chose not to re-adopt a curfew, so the article now sits reserved with no local nighttime restriction on minors.
