Park Curfew

Volusia County's parks, coastal parks, and other fee parking areas run on posted hours of 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., set by Code of Ordinances § 82-35(a). Nothing in county code lets you legally linger past 11 p.m. in a fee facility, staying puts your vehicle in violation, and mirror provisions in the beach code and traffic code carry the same cutoff for coastal parks and other county lots.
