Volusia County requires any property owner hosting itinerant vendors during Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Speed Weeks or the Pepsi 400 to hold an itinerant merchant host license under Code § 26-54. Vendor booths can go up only five days before the event and must come down within three days after it ends.
