Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute an infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for the first violation, a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200) for the second violation within one (1) year, and a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for each additional violation within one (1) year.
