Municipal Code § 62-29, amended by Ordinance No. 82 of 2024, sets four tiers. Most neighborhood parks, including Betty Virginia, Highland, and Southern Hills, close at 9:00 p.m. when daylight saving time is not in effect and 10:00 p.m. when it is, opening at 5:00 a.m. A second group, including C. Bickham Dickson Park, SWEPCO Park, Caddo Common, and the city cemeteries, runs 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Clyde Fant Parkway, the Red River Bicycle Trail, Stoner Skate Park, and Freedom Park remain open 24 hours. Golf courses, pools, and stadiums open only for scheduled operations.
