Chapter 141, section 141-6, sets the hours and disruption limits that apply to every filming permit issued in Glen Cove. , and subsection D separately bars any filming or equipment use on Sundays entirely, with no exception built into either subsection. Subsection B requires every permit to specify a commencement date, expiration date and the specific hours during which permit activity may occur, expressly including setup and breakdown time within those hours. The same section lets the Mayor's Office deny a permit application before it is even issued if, in its judgment, the production would be detrimental to the community because of anticipated excessive noise, illumination or other effect, including the use of explosives, or would unduly interfere for an extended period with the day-to-day activities of surrounding residents.

Subsection E adds that no filming activity shall intrude upon or interfere with the privacy or property of any property owner unless written consent has been obtained in advance, and subsection H bars film crews from parking personal or production vehicles on any residential street, both of which function alongside the hours limit to control a shoot's neighborhood impact.
