Casa Grande Municipal Code § 6.08.060 is a single, broad rule: it is unlawful to harbor or keep any animal that disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night, with no decibel meter or fixed hour written into the text; the animal control officer and Casa Grande Police Department judge each complaint against that standard. Enforcement authority comes from § 6.08.010, which places all animal control officers under appointment by, and subject to the authority of, the city manager, empowered with every power the law grants to enforce Chapter 6.08 and any animal-control provision of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Jurisdiction sits with the Casa Grande City Court under § 6.08.020, which classifies any violation of Chapter 6.08, including the noise rule, as a Class 2 misdemeanor. Because no specific fine amount is written into § 6.08.060 itself, the citywide default in § 1.08.010 supplies the range whenever a specific penalty is not otherwise stated: a fine of up to $750, imprisonment of up to four months, or both, at the discretion of the city judge, with each day the disturbance continues counted as a separate offense.

A resident whose complaint centers on a specific animal can also invoke the general impoundment process in Chapter 6.12: the animal control officer may investigate, and if the noisy animal is also running at large or otherwise in violation of another chapter provision, it can be impounded and held for redemption under § 6.12.060 within three days before being placed for adoption or destroyed under § 6.12.070.
