Electric leaf blowers, either corded or cordless, may only be used between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. No leaf blowers shall be used on Sunday, or the days on which the holidays designated as Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day are observed.
