RBMC 4-24.503 prohibits all construction activity except between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. No construction is permitted on Sunday or on Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day. 'Construction activity' means the erection, excavation, demolition, alteration, or repair of any building.
