No person shall park any truck with a gross weight in excess of 12,000 pounds or bearing a license issued by the State of Wisconsin, or any other state, allowing gross weights of over 12,000 pounds, on any street or alley in the City other than State or federal highways, except during the process of loading and unloading such vehicle and in designated areas in §13.04. In this section, "gross weight" has the meaning prescribed by §348.01(2), Wis. Stats., and the term "truck" includes "motor truck," "truck tractor" and "tractor-semitrailer combination" as those terms are defined by §340.01, Wis. Stats. ... (4)A person shall not operate a truck tractor (without a trailer or semitrailer attachment) to travel to and from the personal residence of the operator or the regular permanent off-street parking location for the truck tractor. The operation of such vehicle shall be subject to §13.09 of this chapter, the Zoning Code of the City and other applicable codes and regulations of the City or State.

Violations & Fines
A Section 13.09 or 13.13 violation is a Chapter 13 forfeiture under Section 13.25(5), plus the $38 court costs and surcharges imposed under Chapter 814, Wis. Stats.
