Light trucks and service vans under 10,000 lbs permitted if the vehicle is the resident primary/secondary vehicle. Trailers (utility, landscape) cannot be stored in front yards. Tractor-trailers must use industrial-zoned parking.
First offense: 250 dollar fine. Subsequent: 500-1,000 dollars. Habitual violators (5+ per year): court appearance and potential misdemeanor under Town Law.
