129, "Parking Heavy Traffic in Residence Districts," no operator may park a motor truck, truck tractor, trailer, semitrailer, motor home, or any other vehicle or combination of vehicles, other than a motor bus, with a Wisconsin DOT-registered gross weight of 10,000 pounds or more on any street in a residence district, unless that street is a routed State Trunk Highway. The only exception is for the time reasonably necessary to load or unload the vehicle; a delivery truck can stop to make a drop, but it cannot park for hours or overnight on a residential block.

129 targets on the street is also barred from residential yards under the zoning rule. 129 falls to the Madison Police Department and Parking Enforcement officers, who can identify oversize commercial vehicles by registration weight class. 129(1) carries a forfeiture of not less than $25 nor more than $200.
